Mc Bob's McCulloch SP125C ................... with MC101B Kart Engine Offered as a factory extra McCulloch offered the Big Timber Cutters the Kart 101B as a upgrade kit so it could handle the bigger Redwoods of the Pacific Northwest of America. This kit would have comprised of the following parts Long 101B Kart Engine minus fan housing and starter assy. A special muffler It had no decompressor they would have had to be fitted by the owners. Very few of these saws survive and those that did were snapped up by the Karters for there engines. |
Since it's would be near impossible to locate let alone buy one of the special mufflers
needed by this saw i have substituded a muffler off a Mc 840 The muffler needed comes off a Mac 895 and has a circular outlet with the bolt on
half dome outlet The cast alloy muffler is off a Super 44a. |
This pic shows the wrong clutch and clutch nut fitted but that will be corrected
and has been |
The chrome housings are off a Mc 101AA theres nothing like a fancy Mac |

This saw has been recreated as one of those big 101B powered saws as none were ever
imported into Australia as far as i know |
This saw also has as many new parts as possible like new cushion mounts and oil tank
assy. |
McCulloch Factory Hot-Up Kit |

This 101B has had a decompressor fitted and the cylinder shroud relieved to allow
easy use |
