BRAND NEW 36 YEAR OLD COLLECTORS 1971 MCCULLOCH Mini Mac 6 Silver Crinkle CHAIN SAW!!! In 1971 the Los-Angeles-based McCulloch Corporation in celebration of their 25th anniversary and production of their 3 MILLIONTH (3,000,000) chain saw decided to have a nationwide search for a “special” Mini Mac 6.  They manufactured and put into circulation to their distribution network a very special saw.  The saw was manufactured with a factory “Silver Crinkle Finish” which was then boxed in the regular style to look like every other saw they produced.  In September 1971 our dealership was the one to open a box and see this special edition silver crinkle finish saw instead of the typical yellow McCulloch chain saw.  The nationwide search for this Silver Mini Mac 6 ended right here with me.  The saw has been in my possession ever since.  It has never been started, never fueled or used in any way.  It is as it was that day 36 years ago in 1971 except for minor nicks to the silver crinkle finish.
